North Agents
North Agents are an up and coming estate agency working within the UK.
North asked me to produce three covers for their new brochures.
The first of which was to feature houses for young people just starting out on the property ladder.
The second for those more mature and financially comfortable, and the third for the retired and settled down.
I designed the covers to be an extension of the simple and clean logo that North were already using.
Chunky curved lines and just the right amount of detail to picture ideal houses suitable for the audience they were aimed at.
This work then lead on to later opportunities when North again asked me to help out with their new advertisement campaign.
They wanted to feature a monkey on a door hanger, playing around with the concept of "No Monkey business", just straight forward talking.
I gave North a few variations of what I thought might be suitable, so they could pick and choose elements of each to take forwards.
North decided to go ahead with the purple background.
They wanted to add a 'for sale' sign to strengthen their message,
and asked for a more "Disney" approach for the "cheeky smile".
This is the final design.
